The CorpNet API is a REST interface covering the full corporate lifecycle — business formation, employer tax registration, and ongoing compliance management — across all 50 states. Core features include real-time package pricing, order submission, status polling, document upload and download, partner-driven RFI response, server-side validation of state-specific and entity-type-specific rules, and compliance alert / subscription management.

What can I do with the CorpNet API?

• Real-time pricing — query Get Formation Packages for available packages and prices for any entity-type / state combination.
• Order submission — file business-formation orders via Create Order; register employers across all 50 states via the Tax Registration API.
• Status polling — track order progression via Get Full Order Details. Webhook support is on the roadmap.
• Document handling — download filed documents (articles, certificates) via Download Order Document and upload partner-supplied attachments via Send Order Document.
• RFI handling — respond programmatically to filing-team requests via Update Order.
• Server-side validation — the API validates business-rule constraints (entity-type-specific roles, state-format requirements, conditional field cascades) before accepting submissions.
• Compliance management (Limited Availability) — surface compliance alerts (Annual Report, Registered Agent renewal, BOI), submit completed compliance form data on behalf of customers, and manage Registered Agent and other recurring subscriptions via the Compliance API.
