Cancel a previously-submitted business formation order. This action is irreversible — once cancelled, the order cannot be reactivated. Cancellation is only valid for orders that have not yet been filed with the state. Cancelling an already-filed order returns an error.

A successful cancellation returns data: true and orderCancelled: true in the response envelope.
